Quiet Canary

Caged canaries were kept in the mines to serve as an early warning indicator of toxic air. Since the canaries' great sensitivity to the deadly fumes caused them to succumb quickly, they served as the first line of defense to alert miners of imminent danger.

Quiet Canary is our version of the Farmhouse Saison style. The aroma is light and fruity with mild hop spiciness with a finish that is clean and dry. Enjoy this seasonal ale on a hot summer day, but remember, like the canary, it won’t be around long.
