Symbiotic Pineapple IPA is a Sour IPA brewed with a medley of 2 row malt, Pilsen, milk sugar, and malted and flaked oats. Hopped with the all mighty Citra and Mosaic and rested on globs of puréed pineapple and vanilla beans. Notes of resinous pineapple sorbet à la mode. 8%
