Epiphanies is a double IPA brewed with flaked and malted oats, Pilsen, and raw white wheat. Kettle hopped with a hodgepodge mix of Motueka, Citra, Mosaic, Vic Secret, and Simcoe. Double dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra revealing notes of champagne mango chunks, dew covered lime leaf, a grapefruit wedge completely cleaned of its pith, unripe green grapes, papaya leather, and fresh snipped flowers. We all have manifestations of illuminating discovery. It’s what we do with them that matters. 8.5%
