Breakfast Club “The Basket Case” (Slightly) Soured IPA is brewed with the Basket Cases’s lunch(Cap’n Crunch and Pixy Sticks). We also brewed it with flaked oats, pale & wheat malt, then hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic hops, blended with a little of our sour ale, touched with milk sugar. Notes of a childhood frenzy caused by the gritty, sugary, sour-y Pixy Sticks, sweet oats, mandarin oranges, and finishes with Saturday morning Scooby Doo episodes while enjoying a bowl of Cap’n Crunch 7%ABV.
