Valentine’s Five Course Beer Pairing Dinner

Valentine’s is that wonderful time of year that our chefs like to show off their full “Top Chef” capabilities with a special five course dinner that’s sure to impress. Each course is expertly paired with a unique Breaker Brewing Company beer.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable dinner experience with that special someone, on your own, or with a group of friends.

Plump Blue Point oysters, golden-baked with fragrant tarragon compound butter, resting on a savory bed of umami-rich vermicelli rice noodles.

Chicken Oscar
Succulent roasted boneless chicken breast, generously stuffed with delicate jumbo Jump crab, crowned with silky hollandaise, tender asparagus spears, and finished with golden Sharp cheddar au gratin potatoes.
