Valentine’s Day Five Course Beer Pairing Dinner

Valentine’s is that wonderful time of year that our chefs like to show off their full “Iron Chef” capabilities with a special five course dinner featuring a unique beer paired with each course.

It’s a great opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable dinner experience on your own, with that special someone, or with a few friends.

This year’s dinner will be held on Monday, February 10th, starting at 6:30pm. Cost is $100 per person. Tickets and menu preview are available via link below.

Prelude to the Palate

Crab Bisque
Tender lumps of crabmeat in a velvety broth, enhanced by the richness of crème fraîche. Infused with a hint of fresh dill

Heart Salad
Romaine hearts, spring mix, feta cheese, red beet hearts, hearts of palm,chili marinated grilled shrimp, passion fruit vinaigrette

First Temptation

Lamb Lollichops
Pan-seared lamb chops accompanied by a light, fluffy almond couscous and a lemon mint sauce

Savory Interlude

Heart Shaped Lobster Ravioli
Delicate heart-shaped ravioli filled with a luxurious blend of lobster, ricotta, basil, lemon, shallots, and garlic. Served in a fragrant lemon garlic butter sage sauce with a splash of white wine

Epicurean Symphony

Smoked Filet Mignon
Smoked, pan seared filet served with a rich and velvety Madeira Sauce accompanied by creamy red-skin potatoes smashed and blended with rich Boursin cheese, infusedwith garlic and fine herbs

Lobster Thermidor
Succulent lobster tail meat sautéed in a rich, creamy blend of Dijon mustard, and a hint of cognac, and a delicate touch of herbs with Gruyere cheese
