Our first collaboration with the guys from The North Brewery, I’m Your Ice Cream Man is brewed with loads of flaked oats, milk sugar, and waffle cones and marshmallow fluff tossed right into the kettle! Hopped and double dry hopped with the dynamic duo Citra and Mosaic! Conditioned on top of an insane amount of Madagascar vanilla beans and pounds and pounds of maraschino cherries. Would it be too easy to say, “Notes of vanilla ice cream with a cherry on top”?… yeah, too easy. Notes of vanilla custard, dried pineapple, mango sorbet, and a sip of a Shirley Temple. 7.2%
