Originally an experimental sour member of the Dreamsicle Series, Lime Life grew up and moved out of the taproom and into cans!
Lime Life is a kettle soured IPA brewed with malts from The Netherlands and a hearty helping of flaked oats. Hopped up with Simcoe and Mosaic hops and then rested on top of lime zest, juiced limes, milk sugar, and Mexican vanilla beans. A little time after that we double dry hopped it with more Mosaic and loads of Citra hops. A fresh cold sip has strong notes of a tart lime sorbet, lemon pith, unripe mango and papaya custard. As it warms up, the vanilla comes out to say hello giving you a nice and subtle vanilla mousse/cake notes. 6.1% ABV
