For our 3rd addition to the Metamorphosis sequence we used malted grain imported from the Netherlands. Kettle hopped with pound after pound of Apollo hops and a touch of Citra. Double dry hopped with an impressive amount of Amarillo and Citra hops. Notes of citrus cocktail, pineapple leather, summer floral arrangements, and lemon drops. 7%
