Whiskey Hill IPA is a double IPA brewed with Pilsen and wheat, a mix of flaked and malted oats, and milk sugar. Hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops and Simcoe lupulin powder. Fermented with a barrel aged Kentucky whiskey. Double dry hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe and rested on a mind crushing amount of bing cherries. Notes cherry pie á la mode, mango resin, piney grapefruit, mango gummies, herbaceous pineapple, prickly pear, and whipped cream. 8.2%
